Rewind with some retro nostalgia in The Ugly Duckling - a converted 1974 school bus. Parked in the shade by the river, this gorgeous blast from the past is the perfect spot to cozy up around the firepit and roast marshmallows or pop the cork and sip summer wine in the bath while watching the river flow by.

This gorgeous 1974 Bedford school bus came with retro vibes including original timber luggage racks and "naughty kids" bench seat at the back - it even had some of the original bus passes from the school kids!
We drove it down the driveway (with no working brakes - only a handbrake) and stopped under the shade of a tree overlooking the Bellinger River. We think this is the perfect spot for our "Ugly Duckling" to rest.
